In the May 25, 2016, Federal Register, USDA's
Foreign Agricultural Service ("FAS") listed the updated
quantity-based trigger levels for products that may be subject to
additional import duties under the safeguard provisions of the
World Trade Organization ("WTO") Agreement on
Agriculture. FAS also adds the relevant period applicable for the
trigger levels on each of the listed products. Update
was effective May 25, 2016.
