SIFMA issued a "suite of model documents" to help non-solicitor municipal advisors comply with their duties under new MSRB Rule G-42. Rule G-42 will be implemented on June 23, 2016. Feedback may be submitted to SIFMA through May 31, 2016.

The suite of documents includes:

  • a municipal advisor engagement letter form,
  • a disclosure statement of municipal advisor form,
  • a disclosure letter for existing municipal advisor agreement form, and
  • a municipal advisory client worksheet.
