The Honorable Joseph R. Slights, III was formally sworn in as
the Court of Chancery's newest Vice Chancellor on March 28,
2016. Vice Chancellor Slights replaces former Vice Chancellor John
W. Noble, who retired from the bench in February 2016. Vice
Chancellor Slights previously served a 12 year term as a Judge with
the Delaware Superior Court.
