Istanbul, Turkey, 6 July 2015 – Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Filiale Luxemburg, BayernLB, BNP Paribas, CITI, HSBC Bank plc, ING, Raiffeisen Bank International AG, Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking and Standard Chartered Bank and a wider syndicate of international banks extends multi tranche term loan facility to the Industrial Development Bank of Turkey (TSKB) to fund TSKB's project finance-related transactions and its customers' trade finance transactions.

Arrangers in relation to a EUR213,000,000 and USD17,500,000 Multi
Tranche Term Loan Facility extended to Turkiye Sinai Kalkinma
Bankasi A.S., the Industrial Development Bank of Turkey.
The deal was signed on 2 July 2015.

The team advised Burgan Bank A.S. (Burgan Bank Turkey) on a USD 77
million and EUR 42 million syndicated multi-tranche dual-currency
term loan agreement between Burgan Bank and a syndicate of 12 banks
and advised ING Bank Bank A.S. (ING Bank Turkey) on a $244,496,076
and €311,996,072 multi tranche dual-currency term loan
agreement between ING Bank A.S. and a syndicate of 26 major banks
from 11 countries.
