ZTE Corp., et al., Civil Action No. 13-00009-RGA (D.Del., March 6, 2015) (consolidated), the Court rendered its Markman Opinion construing two (2) disputed terms in U.S. Patent No. 8,380,244 (the '244 patent") and two (2) disputed terms in U.S. Patent No. 7,941,151 ("the '151 patent").
