Kenneth A. Rosenberg was quoted in the New Jersey Law Journal article, "Senate Confirms Essex Co. Judicial Nominations." While the full text can be found in the August 18, 2014, issue of the New Jersey Law Journal, a synopsis is noted below.

On August 18, 2014, the New Jersey Senate confirmed eight judges to serve in the Essex County Superior Court, which should lessen the strain on the overwhelmed courthouse that has been suffering from an overabundance of vacancies recently.

Essex County Assignment Judge Patricia Costello said she was "extremely pleased" with the confirmations, adding that "this is an important first step to getting us back on our feet."

Kenneth Rosenberg reiterates Costello's sentiment, saying, "This is a memorable day not only for the eight deserving confirmed nominees who have waited a long time to be elevated to the bench but also for [Costello] and all of our Superior Court judges who will now have additional support in fulfilling the court's important charge, the fair and efficient administration of justice."

He adds that "We are truly grateful for today's appointments and have renewed hope that this development signals a new spirit of cooperation amongst our politicians which will result in the other 14 vacancies being filled in short order. Essex County's residents and taxpayers deserve nothing less."
