The SEC has announced the agenda and panelists for its annual Small Business Forum on November 21, 2013.  The event will begin at 9 a.m. at the SEC (and via webcast), and will include two morning panel discussions. The first panel will focus on evolving practices in the new world of Regulation D exempt offerings. The second panel will focus on what might be next for small business and markets once the JOBS Act is fully implemented. In the afternoon session, breakout groups will develop recommendations on a variety of issues related to small business capital formation.

David Lynn will co-moderate the second morning panel entitled "Crystal Ball: Now That You Raised the Money, What's Next for the Company and the Markets?"
