International Financial Law Review recognized Davies for our work on the "M&A Deal of the Year" at the IFLR Americas Awards 2022.
Davies acted as Canadian counsel to Kansas City Southern on its US$31-billion merger with Canadian Pacific Railway – the largest Canadian cross-border deal in 2021 – to create the first U.S.-Mexico-Canada rail network.
