Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP is pleased to announce that Richard G. Satin has been named Managing Partner of the firm's New York office.
Schnader opened its New York office in 1984 and it is now its second largest office, located in the Financial District of Manhattan.
"Richard has already played an integral role in expanding our presence in New York and Long Island, and we look forward to his continuing leadership," said Schnader Managing Partner Nicholas J. LePore, III.

Satin is a member of Schnader's Business Services department and the Securities Law, Corporate, and Finance Practice Groups. He has extensive experience representing financial institutions and businesses in the areas of commercial lending; mergers and acquisitions; corporate issuance; public and private debt investments and equity offerings; and securities and regulatory compliance. His clients range from early stage development companies to complex multi-national diversified manufacturers across a broad range of industries, including insurance, healthcare, telecommunications and technology.
Active in civic and charitable pursuits, Satin serves on the Board of Directors of the Ronald McDonald House of Long Island and was previously selected as a Pro Bono Attorney of the Year by Touro Law School, for which he is a guest lecturer.
Satin received his Juris Doctor from Yeshiva University, Benjamin Cardozo School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from State University of New York at Stony Brook.
