Inaugural health privacy call

Join us on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, at 11:30 a.m. Eastern Time as we launch a new quarterly health privacy call focused on the increasingly wide array of issues that intersect the lawful use of data in Canada's health system

The inaugural call will focus on the concept of demonstrable accountability, which has become a key expectation for Canadian privacy regulatory authorities across the health, private and broader public sectors.

Adam Kardash, partner and National Lead, AccessPrivacy, and Rosario Cartagena, Special Counsel, Privacy and Data Management, will moderate a discussion with:

  • Andrew Drummond, Director of Health Policy, Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario (IPC)
  • Nadia Remtulla, Privacy Director, Ontario Health
  • Rhonda Wing, Chief Privacy Officer and General Counsel, Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI)

To register for the webinar, create a free AccessPrivacy account and then click on the Events Tab to sign up.

Please note that if you wish to attend or to receive access to the on-demand recording, you must register for the webinar. You can register for the February AccessPrivacy Webinar until midnight the day before. After that time, please email us at info@accessprivacy.com to request details.
