On Wednesday, October 18, 2023, the New York City Bar will be hosting a webinar, "Hot Topics in Advertising & Marketing Law." The program, which I'll be chairing again this year, will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. ET.
This annual program, now in its twenty-second year (and yes, I've been there for all 22 years!), will cover key developments in advertising and marketing law over the past year.
We'll have representatives there from the Federal Trade Commission, the New York State Attorney General's Office, the New York City Department of Consumer and Worker Protection, the National Advertising Division, and Truth in Advertising.org. We'll also have special presentations on environmental marketing, SAG/AFTRA, and more!
