The Ministry of Energy published the Resolution by means of which it is determined public concentration venues for the verification of electric facilities. The resolution was published on February 23rd, 2017 in the Federal Official Gazette.

In accordance with this resolution, certain types of public venues, such as gyms, movie theatres, public libraries, condominiums with more than three building levels, as well as banks with an installed load that is greater than 10 kilowatts, and commercial or industrial venues of any kind with an installed load that is greater than 20 kilowatts will require a favourable opinion issued by a verification unit. The Ministry of Energy shall previously approve this unit.
