On July 25th, 2016, the Federal Official Gazette published the National Natural Gas Control Center (“CENAGAS”) Organic BYLAWS, that repeal the previous Bylaws that were published on April 13th, 2015 and will enter into effect on Tuesday, July 26th, 2016.
These new Organic Bylaws are motivated by the necessity of the CENAGAS to have Bylaws that properly address its current necessities.
