On July 4th, 2016, the Federal Official Gazette published the Agreement that issues the Market Information System Handbook, which sets forth the processes, rules, calculation principles, directives, and examples to follow in order for the electric industry participants, the involved authorities, the independent market monitor, and the general public to access the relevant information of the Wholesale Electricity Market and the National Electric System.
This Handbook will regulate the public, confidential and reserved information, and the capture of information of the electric sector, under control of the National Energy Control Center.
