General Administrative Provisions – Oil and Gas

On December 15th, 2015, the Federal Official Gazette published the Resolution by means of which the Energy Regulatory Commission issues the General Administrative Provisions that set forth the specifications of the requirements referred to in articles 50 and 51 of the Hydrocarbons Law.

On December 15th, 2015, the Federal Official Gazette published the Resolution by means of which the Energy Regulatory Commission issues the General Administrative Provisions that set forth the specifications of the requirements referred to in articles 50 and 51 of the Hydrocarbons Law, the formats for permit applications, and the permit title models for liquefied petroleum gas storage, transportation, distribution, and retail activities.

These provisions contain the application format and requirements for obtaining several types of permits related to liquefied petroleum gas, which shall be filed through the Oficialía de Partes Electrónica of the Energy Regulatory Commission. (http://ope.cre.gob.mx)
