On May 29th, 2015, the Declarations by means of which the creation Resolutions of the Productive State-owned Subsidiaries of Petróleos Mexicanos (“PEMEX”), known as Pemex Exploración y Producción and Pemex Cogeneración y Servicios (“PCS”) entered into effect, were published in the Federal Official Gazette.
Such Declarations were approved by the Board of Directors of PEMEX on May 22nd, 2015 during an extraordinary meeting in which José Antonio Escalera Alcocer, Gustavo Hernández García and Juan Javier Hinojosa Puebla were appointed as members of the Executive Committee that shall head PEP, among which Hinojosa Puebla was appointed as Executive Director. Likewise, Eleazar Gómez Zapata was appointed as Director of PCS in such meeting.
