On May 12th, 2015, the National Hydrocarbons Commission (“CNH”) approved and published the Bidding Guidelines and Model Contract (for individual participants and associations) related to the Third Call of Round 1 for the tendering of License Agreements for the extraction of hydrocarbons onshore.
By means of this Third Call the CNH shall tender 26 fields in the states of Nuevo Leon, Tamaulipas, Veracruz, Tabasco and Chiapas.
