The recent amendment to the Act on the State Labour Inspectorate marks a notable shift in how labour law in Poland is enforced, particularly in relation to flexible forms of engagement. It strengthens the position of the State Labour Inspectorate and reflects a broader regulatory trend toward closer scrutiny of non-employment arrangements.

Within this scope, Ankara 10th, 13th and 25th Administrative Courts will hear cases and matters arising from acts and actions in the nature of board decisions of the Turkish Competition Authority, the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye and the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority, as well as certain cases and matters arising from specific acts and actions of the Public Procurement Board.

Bu kapsamda, Rekabet Kurumu, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu ve Kamu Gözetimi, Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu'nun kurul kararı niteliğindeki işlem ve eylemlerinden doğan dava ve işler ile Kamu İhale Kurulunun belirli iş ve işlemlerinden doğan dava ve işlere, bu alanlarda uzmanlaşmış mahkeme olarak Ankara 10, 13 ve 25. İdare Mahkemeleri bakacaktır.
