Edith N. Nordmann is an experienced corporate and commercial litigator, has an expert qualification in employment law and is an international ADR certified mediator.

She is specialized in cross border business transactions taking into consideration not only the different legal systems but also being acquainted with the various cultural differences that can make or break a deal.

As a public speaker she has shared this knowledge on various international conferences.

She was awarded "Women of the Decade in Law & Social change" by the Women Economic Forum in 2017.

As Managing Partner of Attorney Consulting Group International (ACG International), she can combine all these skills and expertise for the benefit of her international clients. Efrat started her career in the hi-tech industries from start up to corporate fulfilling different roles in HR and Operations and at all times focused on transformational leadership.

During her 20+ year career, she led many different types of business and people performance management processes; In all activities her strategic experience in fast-growing organizations allowed the business to focus on efficiency, getting things done with diversity of opinions and empowerment as key drivers in international teams.
