Australia's leading independent law firm, Corrs Chambers Westgarth, has advised Bolton Clarke, Australia's largest independent not-for-profit aged care provider, on its successful acquisition of Allity Aged Care.

Bolton Clarke is Australia's most experienced not-for-profit provider of independent living, health and wellbeing services. It has operations across Australia in the residential aged care, home care and retirement village sectors. Allity Aged Care is a network of 43 residential aged care homes located across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia.

Corrs advised on various aspects of the acquisition of Allity Aged Care from Archer Capital and other minority holders by way of a share sale and purchase agreement, drawing on the combined expertise of the Corporate, Property and Projects, Privacy, Data and IP, Competition, Tax, Employment and Labour, Banking and Finance, and Environment and Planning teams.

The matter was led by corporate partner Jonathan Farrer, supported by partners including David Ellenby, Jodi Gray, Rhys Jewell, Paul Burns and Jennee Chan.
