On the 16th of February, FHRD, are organising the Employment Law Seminar at the Xara Lodge. The event aims to provide insights into the trending topics of the industry.
Partner Matthew Brincat, from the employment practice at Ganado Advocates, will deliver a presentation entitled 'How to deal with complex terminations – What the law does not tell you', he will also be moderating a panel discussion on the implications of remote working and Senior Associate, Robert Taylor East will also participate in this discussion.
