Our Hong Kong office has acted as the Cayman Islands legal counsel, together with Deacons as Hong Kong legal counsel, of E Fund (HK) Strategic Return Fund in connection with the listing of four (4) share classes on the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange.
E Fund (HK) Strategic Return Fund is a mutual fund registered with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority and managed by E Fund Management (Hong Kong) Co., Limited, a leading comprehensive fund manager licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong. E Fund and its subsidiaries hold various requisite qualifications for the provision of asset management business, including mutual fund, social security fund, pension insurance fund, corporate pension fund, segregated account, QDII and mutual fund investment advisory, QFII, RQFII, Stock Connect and offshore investment structures.
