GANADO Advocates will once again have a presence at the second DELTA Summit which will be held between the 2nd and 4th October at the Malta Fairs and Conventions Centre in Ta Qali. The event aims to bring together stakeholders to discuss and exchange ideas relating to a number of different sectors. This year, DELTA will play host to not only Blockchain and Cryptocurrency enterprises, but will also feature speakers and exhibitors from the Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IOT) and ESports industries. Being Malta's official platform, the event further aims to highlight the Government's efforts to establish the country as a leader in the disruptive technology sector.

Representatives from the Fintech and Blockchain practice at GANADO Advocates will be present at the Summit throughout its duration with three members of the team having speaking engagements; Leonard Bonello, Partner heading the Fintech and Blockchain practice, will participate in a panel debating whether VFA are subject to over-regulation, James Farrugia, Partner within the Investment Services and Funds practice, will form part of a panel discussing STO regulation, while Christina Scicluna, Advocate within the Fintech and Blockchain practice, will join a panel discussing judicial and legal deeds being stored on the blockchain.
