The government issued a resolution setting out the rules for registration of contracts on joint investment activity concluded by foreign investors and Ukrainian entities. According to the resolution registration carried out by the Ministry of External Economic Relations and Trade of Ukraine within 20 days of submitting the necessary documents. State duty for the registration is UAH 102. The contract registration certificate issued by the Ministry is a prerequisite for duty free import of assets in Ukraine with the joint investment contract.
