Carrie Cohen was featured in the Democrat and
Chronicle's coverage of the Rochester City Council's
investigation into the handling of the Daniel Prude case.
The City Council hired Carrie to lead the investigation, and she
will help with access to documents and individuals, with top
officials across the administration, and within the city's law
office.
"We have empowered her to represent the city without any
interference from our respective offices," the administration
said. "We hope the appointment of Ms. Cohen.will help build
greater confidence and trust in our city's
government."
