- Defendant's case-in-chief:
- Professor Alyssa Apsel, Ph.D., Intel's Expert for the
'522 Patent
- Professor Steven Leeb, Ph.D., Intel's Expert for the
'187 Patent
On Day 4, Intel presented its non-infringement and invalidity
positions through its two experts, Professor Apsel and Professor
Leeb. Professor Leeb will be cross-examined on Monday.
