The International Technology Law Association ("ITechLaw") recently published "ITech Law Startup Legal Playbook: A Quick Reference Guide to International Market Entry for Startups (and Their Lawyers)".

The Playbook aims to provide startup founders and lawyers with a concise guide to key issues in foreign jurisdictions, broken down by country. The Playbook was created to help triage important issues and enable better risk assessment and questioning at a high level.

Doron Goldstein, partner, and head of the US Data Innovation, Privacy, and Cybersecurity ("DIPAC") team, worked closely with New York business division associates Paolo De Jesus (corporate), Mana Kinoshita (employment), and Melissa Sherman (DIPAC) to develop the Playbook's US chapter.
