The SEC announced that Securities Exchange Act
temporary Rule 608T expired on November 16, 2016. The temporary
rule governed the timeframe for action on the proposed
National Market System Plan Governing the Consolidated Audit
Trail (the "CAT NMS Plan"). The SEC approved the
CAT NMS Plan prior to the expiration date.
The notification of the expiration of the temporary rule was
published in the Federal Register.
