A New Jersey federal judge turned down Everett Laboratories Inc.'s requests for three injunctions prohibiting Acella Pharmaceuticals LLC from associating itself with Everett's prenatal vitamins in drug databases, saying Everett's claim wasn't valid on four individual patents wasn't inherently valid.
