Gina Polo, shareholder in the firm's Immigration practice, was quoted in a Teen Vogue article, "Donald Trump's Immigration Proclamation Shows He'll Use Coronavirus to Continue Targeting Immigrants" discussing the impact the President's latest immigration executive order has had on her clients' cases.
Her lawyer, Gina Polo, tells Teen Vogue that part of the immigration process is to prove that the sponsor can afford to take care of the person that is immigrating and would not be a burden to the welfare system. She also pointed out that, because they're elderly and retired, they wouldn't be taking away jobs from any Americans.
