The liquid alternatives sector saw total assets under management
increase by $9 billion during the first three months of 2018,
according to Wilshire Funds Management's Q1 2018 Liquid Alternatives Industry Monitor (reg.
req.), with total net inflows of approximately $11.9 billion.
Relative value funds accounted for $7.5 billion of those net
inflows during the period, the largest quarterly amount since the
launch of the Wilshire Liquid Alternative indices.
