Wells Fargo Asset Management Acquires Analytic Investors

Wells Fargo Asset Management signed an agreement to acquire
investment firm Analytic Investors, which currently holds $15
billion in assets. Analytic is the sub-advisor of 361 Capital, a
liquid alternative mutual fund specialist firm, and is expected to
be folded into WFAM. Financial terms of the agreement were not
disclosed and the transaction is expected to close by Oct. 1,
2016.
