The Families First Coronavirus Relief Act ("FFCRA")
created two new types of paid leave. The law requires most
employers with fewer than 500 employees to comply with these new
requirements starting April 1. This table briefly describes types of paid and
unpaid leave laws that may apply to employers and their workforces,
including the newest requirements under the FFCRA.
