The CFTC Division of Swap Dealer and Intermediary Oversight
("DSIO") granted no-action relief to the trustee of
several commodity pools from registration as a commodity pool
operator ("CPO"), subject to certain conditions. The
relief specified that the trustee must delegate its CPO
responsibilities to a registered CPO who serves as the investment
manager of such pools.
