The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System
("FRB") appointed Mark E. Van Der Weide as General
Counsel. Mr. Van Der Weide has been with the FRB Division of
Supervision and Regulation since 2010, and worked in the FRB Legal
Division from 1998 to 2009.
