Chandler Finley (Partner-Miami) published an article titled "DACA 'Dreamers' Jeopardy in the U.S.A.: Time Is Running Out!" in the January issue of Boomer Times & Senior Life. Along with an update on the current status of the case, Chandler notes that the Supreme Court did not "stay" any of the lower court orders, which means that DACA recipients who currently have or previously had DACA can continue to submit applications to renew their DACA status. Meanwhile, DACA recipients should apply for a temporary visa or an immigrant green card so they can decide either to stay in the United States permanently or return to their country or origin if the DACA Program ends."
