The SEC approved the 2020 budget of the Public Company
Accounting Oversight Board and, in addition, approved the related
annual accounting support fee. At $284.7 million, the PCAOB's
2020 budget represents an increase of approximately 4.0% from its
2019 budget. The 2020 budget is funded, in large part, by the new
accounting support fee of $270.2 million.
