Our next Employment Webinar will be the first of three webinars
considering steps employers can take to minimise employment
tribunal claims. The first webinar will cover how to have effective
protected conversations and without prejudice discussions with
employees.
We will look at the ground rules you need to have in place for
discussions, how you determine if you have a pre-existing dispute,
admissibility and confidentiality of discussions and strategies you
may wish to put in place regarding timings of your discussions.
