Our monthly review of key cases and new law affecting employers

The October round-up discusses four interesting developments. The first is the long awaited Supreme Court decision on the Nolan case concerning the application of UK legislation TULRCA to foreign public bodies. The second looks at when "disproportionate effort" might be used in not responding to a data subject access request. The final two developments continue to widen the scope of discrimination law confirming that LLPs can claim protection against discrimination under the Equality Act 2010, and an interesting case about associative discrimination and victimisation.
