Charity Commission responds to ICO issuing penalties to two charities

Following the Information Commissioner's Office announcement that it has issued monetary penalties to two charities for contraventions of the Data Protection Act, the Charity Commission confirms that it has opened compliance cases into both RSPCA and the British Heart Foundation.
