The market for renewable energy sources in Kazakhstan is growing
every year and requires appropriate government support. Taking into
account the main global trends, as well as the high interest of
foreign investors in renewable energy sources, on December 7, 2020,
President Kassym-Jomar Tokayev signed a law on amendments and
additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on
supporting the use of renewable energy sources.
