En la edición del Diario Oficial del pasado sábado 16 de
junio, se publicó la Ley N° 21.096, correspondiente a la reforma
constitucional que consagra el derecho a la protección de
los datos personales. De esta manera, ya se encuentra oficialmente
incorporado al catálogo de derechos que la
Constitución Política de la República consagra
en su artículo 19, específicamente, en el numeral
4°.
