The former National Chief of the Assembly of First Nations has dedicated his life to championing the rights and well-being of First Nations people.
Ottawa (Canada) – Fasken announced today that Perry Bellegarde, former National Chief of the Assembly of First Nations, is joining the Firm as Special Advisor. His primary office will be in Ottawa.
Chief Bellegarde will be advising Fasken members and clients on Indigenous matters and culture with the goal of creating a better understanding when engaging in important conversations and working with Indigenous peoples. He will also work with Firm members to advance the goals and actions of Fasken's Reconciliation Plan.
