Russell-Cooke associate Jade Quirke was invited to speak at a webinar hosted by Fertifa – a specialist provider of employee fertility and reproductive healthcare benefits on 18 October 2021. The session explored the legal aspects and practical legal considerations of surrogacy in the UK and overseas and concluded with a Q&A session.
Jade is an associate in the children team with expertise in fertility law.
She advises clients on a broad range of domestic and international children law issues including child arrangements, known donor/co-parenting, legal parenthood, adoption and relocation disputes. She is particularly experienced in advising non-traditional and LGBTQ+ families and often appears before the High Court in complex cases.
