On January 26, 2021, Veritas Technologies LLC, headquartered in Santa Clara, California, announced the acquisition of HubStor Inc., headquartered in Kanata, Ontario.
Veritas Technologies is a global leader in data protection, availability and insights. The acquisition of HubStor enables expanded protection for a variety of SaaS-based applications, including Microsoft 365, Slack, Box and Google Workspace.
