January 2020 – Iustinian Captariu, Partner in Kinstellar's Bucharest office and head of the firm's local Energy & Natural Resources practice, moderated a panel discussion on "Gas Infrastructure: What expectations and requirements are there for CEE and SEE Europe?" at the annual European Gas Conference, Vienna, 27–29 January 2020.

The expert discussion addressed hot topics such as future infrastructure projects to meet the needs of the CEE/SEE region, projects that are now underway, and the current status of the development of the Southern Gas Corridor.

Panel participants included representatives of OMV Refining & Marketing and Socar and leading experts from the Oxford Institute of Energy Studies, the Romanian Competition Council, and the Government of Georgia.

The European Gas Conference is an important regional event, organised each year by the Energy Council—one of the world's renowned platforms in the energy industry dedicated to facilitating interaction between investors, asset owners, developers and government stakeholders.
