We are pleased to announce that Fabien Pomart has joined the firm as partner in charge of the firm's labor & employment practice in Paris.
Fabien Pomart represents companies (French and foreign groups and their subsidiaries, as well as SMBs and intermediate-sized businesses) operating in all business sectors and acts both as advisor and litigator. He notably assists companies with respect to collective bargaining matters and in the context of their transformation projects, including sale, merger, acquisition and reorganization transactions.
Fabien Pomart will work in complete synergy with Soulier Avocats' other departments. His arrival in our Paris office underscores the will of the firm to continue its growth, strengthen its international offering and further diversify its activities.
Fabien, 43, began his career with Allen & Overy LLP in 2001 before joining CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2010 and Lamartine Conseil as partner in 2012, and then Racine in 2016. He holds a post-graduate degree (DESS – DJCE) in business law from the University of Cergy Pontoise.
