Walkers Ireland is pleased to have acted for Global Student
Accommodation (GSA) on the buy-out by GSA affiliated entities of
its joint-venture partner, Harrison Street's interest in an
Irish vehicle. The underlying properties held by the vehicle
are 5 student accommodation premises in Dublin and the deal was
valued at €400million.
The Walkers team involved a multi-disciplinary approach
led by Investment Funds Partner Jennifer Fox and Partner and Head
of Investment Funds Nicholas Blake-Knox, Partner and Head of
Corporate, Brendan O'Brien and Partner and Head of Tax,
Jonathan Sheehan. Walkers also worked with Osborne Clarke LLP,
GSA' UK counsel on the deal.
