PITTSBURGH – January 8, 2020 – Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney advised S&T Bank, which in conjunction with Live Nation Entertainment Inc., acquired the naming rights to the new S&T Bank Music Park near Pittsburgh. The venue, formerly the KeyBank Pavillion, has a 23,000 seat capacity and typically attracts 300,000 unique visitors.

David Gurwin, shareholder and chair of the firm's Entertainment, Media and Sports Law Group and chair of the firm's Copyright Practice Group and the Technology Transactions Group handled the transaction. Buchanan has previously handled several sports stadium and venue naming rights deals across the country.
