Paris and New York, 18 December 2019 – Lawyers from the Paris and New York offices of international law firm Hogan Lovells represented European contract logistics group ID Logistics in its acquisition of Tampa, FL-based logistics software group Jagged Peak. The transaction was completed for an undisclosed fee.

Jagged Peak is a logistics services company specializing in e-commerce, multi-channel and consumer products throughout the United States. In 2018, Jagged Peak achieved sales revenue of $80 million and has nearly 200 employees.

ID Logistics is an international contract logistics group, with revenue of €1,410 million in 2018. ID Logistics has more than 300 sites across 18 countries, representing 5.5 million square meters of warehousing facilities in Europe, America, Asia and Africa, and 20,000 employees.

The Hogan Lovells team was led by Paris-based partner Jean-Marc Franceschi and New York based partner and Global Head of the Hogan Lovells Business Restructuring and Insolvency Practice, Chris Donoho.
